ACCORDO CON L'UTENTE
1 La moneta non può essere spesa più volte : se si possiedono 10 HEUR e se ne spendono 10, il software impedirà all'utente di spenderne altri.

2 La moneta non è replicabile : il software non può essere replicato, nonostante la sua natura open source, il contratto inteligente impedisce la contraffazione della moneta.

3 Coniabile e Bruciabile : Sono stati prodotti x miliardi (x.000.000.000) di HEUR tokens (esempio) ; ne possono esserne creati altri o distrutti alcuni; scelta derivata dall'obbiettivo di non far inflazionare o deflazionare il valore della moneta stessa.
4 La moneta è accessibile a tutti e nessuno ne può essere bandito, inoltre essa ha valore sempre uguale ad 1 Euro.

5 La società che ha fondato la moneta può risalire solamente agli indirizzi che possiedono la moneta ma non all'identità di coloro che la possiedono.

6 Il Progetto
Il progetto .HEUR. si pone l'obbiettivo di divenire e rappresentare la controparte digitale dell'Euro (EUR) ; ovvero il suo stable-coin.
Nasce sulla Block-Chain di Harmony (ONE), tramite uno smart contract decentralizzato.
Ne è programmato l'approdo su differenti Block-Chains e Smart-Chains
il progetto si svilupperà in fasi :
I "Genesi"
La nasita della moneta stessa: programmazione, strutturazione di strategie e funzionalità, con il presale esclusivo sulla piattaforma designata: tale evento è la conclusione della fase stessa.
II "Nascita"
Listaggio dell'asset sui principali trackers, inizio della distribuzione tramite Exchanges decentralizzati (DEX), con p prezzo iniziale delle gas fee minore di 0.05$.
III "Moltiplicazione"
Tutti i processi e provvedimenti che porteranno il valore delle gas fees fino all'obbiettivo di 0.01 EUR per qualunque transazione, tramite investimenti di terze parti, speculazioni mirate e manovre di affiancamento ad altri progetti, nonche manovre publicitarie.
IV "Stabilizzazione"
Una serie di azioni e processi che, una volta raggiunto il capitale di mercato necessario a garantirne una stabilità sufficiente,
ne manterranno un prezzo stabile corrispondente a 1 EUR e una competitività elevata rispetto agli altri stable coins..
7 Staking
La gestione dell'attuazioe dello staking è interamente gestita dagli exchange centralizzati e dagli altri exchange che offriranno tale servizio.

USER AGREEMENT
1 The coin cannot be spent multiple times: if you have 10 HEURs and spend 10, the software will prevent the user from spending more.
